This raw food calculator is based on the BARF dog diet. BARF stands for “Biologically Appropriate Food” or also “Bones and Raw Food.” The diet was first introduced by nutritionist and veterinarian Dr. Ian Billinghurst.
This diet consist of fresh uncooked meats, bones, fruits, vegetables, and sometimes herbs, dairy, minerals, and supplements. Because French Bulldogs are known for allergens please consult with your vet about proper diet and nutrition.
Puppy French Bulldogs should eat 3-4 times per day and this calculator is based on a 4 times per day schedule. Adult French Bulldogs over 12 months old should only eat twice per day.
